Inventory Analyst

Brunswick Asia Pacific Group is responsible for Brunswick's marine operations within the Australia & Asia- Pacific regions.

The position reports to the Inventory Planning Manager and is responsible for:
Controlling the stock of marine engines, parts and accessories to our distribution centers in Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia and China.

• Analysis of safety stock, fill rates and ABC classifications
• Supervision of issue of weekly airfreight and ocean orders
• Monitoring of back orders and ordering of parts for new models
• Set up and maintain KPI's for stock levels, fill rates, E&O, airfreight costs and transit times
• Achieving inventory targets while meeting service level standards

Qualifications & Key Skills: Essential

• 3-4 years inventory management & analysis experience gained from a high volume business environment (automotive, marine or consumer goods)
• Knowledge of spare parts
• Advanced Excel skills, medium to high analytical and numerical skills

Qualifications & Key Skills: Desirable

• Relevant tertiary or APICS qualification
• Experience in JD Edwards ERP system
