Brunswick Asia Pacific Group is responsible for Brunswick's marine operations within the Australia & Asia Pacific Regions, including distribution of well-known brands such as Mercury, Mariner, MerCruiser, Quicksilver Parts & Accessories, as well as Quicksilver Inflatables.

Reporting to the Director of Sales, and based in Dandenong Victoria you will focus on being a hands on Sales Manager to maximise opportunities within existing customers, potential new dealers and related organisations alongside taking responsibility for a sales region within Victoria & Tasmania . This involves working closely with an existing dealer base to devise strategies for sales, marketing and merchandising programmes, as well as developing and executing regional sales plans in line with the strategic objectives of the company.

In order to be considered for this role you will have business/marketing/ technical qualification, 3-5 years strong sales & people management skills gained from a power equipment, automotive, motorcycle or similar sectors with focus on dealerships, service and engineering product sales and have evidence accomplishing strong results. A target driven environment will suit your approach and will open up a number of opportunities for future leadership progression within the business both in Australia as well as internationally.

A competitive compensation package including company maintained car, health insurance and incentives are on offer to the selected candidate.  The position will be based in Dandenong Victoria and involves considerable travel within Victoria and Tasmania and  occasional travel within Australia / overseas.
